PROJECT SCOPE

Cram Jam is the most anticipated semi-annual party at Tulane University with a different theme design for each semester with the expected of 1,100-1,500 guests within 1.5 hours.

Deliverables included: event management including theme development and design, budget management, media buying, sponsorships, and contract negotiations. Promotional collaterals including shirt design, social media and community outreach, banners, posters, menus, and environmental branding.
